The Way of Losing Weight
During the Spring Festival, I ate delicious meals almost every day, which caused my weight to increase significantly and my body to look fatter. When I returned to school in the new term, my classmates were quite surprised to see my huge body and round face. This made me realize that I needed to lose weight. I then made a plan to achieve my goal.
Firstly, I decided to eat less for breakfast and supper than before. For breakfast, I now drink milk, have a piece of bread, and an egg. For dinner, I have a bowl of soup and some fruits. I have completely stopped eating sugar, as I believe it contributes to weight gain.
In addition to dietary changes, I also committed to exercising every day. I go running after school or play basketball with my friends. These activities help me burn calories and maintain a healthy body weight.
It's important to note that the right way to lose weight is not to refuse food, but rather to eat sensibly and not overeat. People should eat when they are hungry and choose foods that are nutritious and healthy.
